日本大使館から戻ってきたところです。私にはとても親切でしたが、今まで学者たちに適応した規則に従わなくてはいけないのです、1年間の研究者のVISA取得のために、４か月かかるのです。だから来日するには、以前したように９０日間のツーリストVISAがいいようです。そして日本で変更できます、それが簡単でしょう。そうすれば私はどんな企画にも参加できます、そして新年にも間に合います。どうぞ招待状を送ってください、以前のように重要書類を付けて、いつも面倒をかけてすみません。このような貧しい悲しい国に住んでいるだけで何ができましょう。

ネパールは問題が終わらない国です、このカトマンズから来た人々は特に。私たちの村の人々は天国から来ました。でもマオイストは悪い殺人や破壊を止めません。だから日本大使館の人は私は幸運であると、というのは私や友人たちや貧しい子供たちを愛しているからです、でも多くのネパール人はネパールには帰ってきません、だから大使館の人はすべての人を慎重にチェックするのです。今日は大使館の外にたくさんの人々がいます、彼らはドアの中にも入れないのです。だから私が大使館の外に出るとすぐに私の友人のような人々がいるのです、彼らに申し訳ありません。とにかく私はあなたの声を電話で聞いて嬉しいです。電話で話している時涙が出てきました、あなたは姉妹で心の中にいます。皆にたくさんのプレゼントを持っていきます。

日本の対応

公式の就労VISAの書類でも、国によって取得困難という事実を知りました。ツーリストVISAは招待状や源泉徴収票やら名刺、計画書や日程などを添付します。ミーナさんの場合はアメリカの大学の身分証明書を持っているため、ツーリストVISAは簡単に取得できるそうです。EMSで送りました。

I just gotback from the Japanese Embassy, they were very nice tome but they must follow the rule and regulation whichthey already apply for the other scholar in the past and it will take four months for the research scholar visa for one year, so it will be better for me to cometo Japan like before in 90 days tourist visa and we can change from Japan it will be easier for you and meso I can attend any programme and in the new year we will be together, please sand me the invitation latter which I will type for you, and all the importantpapers like before which you have sent me before ok. I am so sorry to trouble you all the time, what can I do just living in the poor and sad country I had to suffer like this,

Nepal will never ending problemcountry. The people special the people from Kathmandu here, our village peoples are came from the heaven but Maoist never ending their bad killing and breakingproblem. So Embassy told me that I am very lucky because I love my friends and poor children but many Nepali never return back to Nepal so they have to check everybody very carefully, today many people at the Embassy outside the gate and they can not even get in side the door, so as soon as I came out from theEmbassy there were many people like our friend Lokprasad I feel very sorry for them, any way I am very happy to hear your voice and I was crying while I was talking to you on the phone, you are my sister and you live in my heart I have so many things for you alsofor your sweetheart and present for everybody,
